Covid-19 Testing Sites
DSHS - Covid-19 test locations
Walgreens is offering free, contactless COVID-19 testing for patients age 3 and up at select locations.
CVS Health is offering rapid results and lab testing for COVID-19 - limited appointments now available to patients who qualify
Covid- 19 Vaccination and Booster Information - Information from the CDC on the different vaccines, their safety and efficacy, common side effects and more.
Texas Department of Health and Human Service - vaccine providers and information

Supplements – Our providers recommend the following supplements: Omega-3 fish oil, Vitamin D, Multi-Vitamin, and Red Yeast Rice.
Traveler’s Health & Notices – Many countries require vaccinations for diseases not found in the United States, such as Yellow Fever. Our providers will help you determine which vaccines you need before travelling, along with providing prescriptions that you may need to treat diseases such as Malaria. Please plan on seeing us at least 6 weeks before your scheduled departure to obtain all required vaccinations. Certain vaccinations are only available at specialized travel clinics.
After-Hours Care and Closings – Information regarding after-hours care, holiday closings, and inclement weather closings.
Urgent Care Facilities v. Emergency Rooms – Information regarding after-hours care options. If you have a life threatening concern, call 911 immediately or go directly to the emergency room. For non-urgent care after-hours, call our office. Your insurance company can help you locate their preferred urgent care facility or emergency room.
